According to UNICEF and OXFAM, there are many alarming diseases that are on the list to look out for. For example, Cholera, Malaria, Typhoid Fever, and Dengue Fever. The disease outbreak threats are at an all time high during the raining season and a giant worry is that the hospitals and labs are not well equipped yet to handle massive outbreak problems. It was really great to hear all of the most up-to-date information for all of Nepal's disaster relief progress.

Cana Sets! OMG....so much food! This is one of the most stable foods in Nepal. The sets consists of rice, dal, curry, green vegetables, mixed vegetables, yogurt, pickles, and a plate of bread and raw vegetables. Definitely was a giant surprise to both of us that there was so much food, but we somehow managed to eat it all! haha must be the motorbike trips.
I am, once again, used to eating food with my hands now! Practice makes awesome!

Met up with Global Medic (Canada) to put together the hygiene buckets. These are the things that are in the hygiene packs.
Finalized RainFresh Units. This is Global Medic's individual water filter system. This is truly one of the lifelines here in Nepal! Really looking forward to all of these sets being assembled.
Meeting up with Hari and Graeme to talk over all the details of the hygiene buckets and the rainfresh units.
Meeting with the representative of the women's committee of Nepal.

This is how we get around at the moment! So much faster than a car and a free foundation called "dust" on my face!
Assembling RainFresh Units! GO GO GO!
just a little bit concern here...... 1. pls wear helmet when you ride on the motorbike 2. pls apply sunscreen and nuskin foundation before get the free dust foundation, you don't want to have dirty black spots on your face later.
